translating into German

My wife needs help with translating a few things into German for a novel. Would you be able to help?

(1) "My friend" when addressing a man
(2) "My friends/gentlemen" when addressing several men, and it's a woman speaking to men, and she is a princess.
(3) "My dear"
(4) "Son of a bitch" (or similar insult)
(5) "Very interesting" (sehr interessant?)
(6) "Peasant!" (insult)
(7) "I am pleased/honored to meet you"
